ZYLRX (zylrx.com) is a technology platform that connects users with licensed independent medical providers for telehealth consultations and prescription services. ZYLRX itself does not practice medicine. All medical decisions, prescriptions, and clinical advice come from independently licensed providers, not from ZYLRX.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
The content on ZYLRX is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Information you receive through the platform is part of a clinical relationship with your independently licensed provider. Always consult your provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. ZYLRX is not equipped to handle emergencies.
Providers on the platform are independent professionals, not employees of ZYLRX. They are responsible for their own clinical decisions. ZYLRX does not interfere with or attempt to influence clinical decisions.
A provider may decline to prescribe treatment if they determine, in their clinical judgment, that you are not a suitable candidate. Such decisions are final.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of service. Subscription products auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time.
Because medications are dispensed specifically for you, prescriptions are non-refundable once shipped. Service fees may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no clinical work has been performed. Contact support@zylrx.com to request a refund review.

All content on the ZYLRX platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by ZYLRX or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYLRX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis (not a class action), administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing legal@zylrx.com.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the platform or other users. You may close your account anytime by contacting us.
