• Process your intake, review your medical history, and facilitate prescriptions
• Coordinate medication dispensing and shipping with licensed pharmacies

• Your medical provider, to facilitate your care
• Licensed pharmacies, to fulfill your prescriptions
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, secure messaging) — all bound by confidentiality and HIPAA-aligned agreements where applicable
• Legal authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect safety

We never sell your personal or health information. Period.

4. HIPAA & Health Information

The protected health information you share with your provider is governed by HIPAA. Your provider's notice of privacy practices applies to that information. ZYLRX, as a business associate of your provider, follows HIPAA-aligned safeguards in storing and transmitting your data.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and routine security audits. While no system is 100% secure, we work continuously to protect your information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and to remember your preferences. You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.

7. Your Rights
